As small business owner with no *actual* business education, I always wondered if I was “doing it right”. I had a deep knowledge of what my business did, in our case Web Development, and had a good relationship with clients and a natural gift for sales, but running a multi-employee business requires a lot more. Things that are at the surface are common sense but that require special training to do well.
Nick has validated what I’ve done well, and helped me focus on what can be improved or potential pitfalls I need to keep in mind for the near and far future.
