Coaching is portable across any industry sector. It focuses on bringing out the best in the individual rather than the nature of the business.

Enable Business Consulting offers consulting services to all industry sectors. In any consulting engagement the scope of the work is clearly defined.  If this is outside our area of expertise we would not accept the engagement as it would not be in your or our best interests.

How long do coaching engagements last?

Coaching lasts a minimum of three months with weekly one hour sessions.  Coaching often continues for up to one year with sessions becoming more infrequent as time progresses.

Where do you do the coaching?

Coaching is usually done in a neutral environment where there are the minimum of external distractions.  A quiet coffee shop is a perfect spot.  Telephone or email follow-ups are common and can be initiated by you or us.

How can you help entrepreneurs? 

Many entrepreneurs start with a great idea.  Some have extensive commercial and business experience to call upon, others are not so lucky. 

The traditional approach is to start with a business plan which sets out in detail your business model, strategy for growth, competitors, market analysis and financial projections for the next 3 to 5 years.
A more rational approach is to start with a life plan which looks at where you and your family want to be within a set time frame. The life plan looks at your aspirations, skills, interests, risk profile, and preferred working environment. We integrate your life plan with your ideas for a business and create a plan to move you forward.
