Enable Business Consulting was founded by entrepreneur Nick West in 2009. Nick has worked in and for entrepreneurial businesses since 1986.  Experienced in fast growing environments where developing managers and teams is as important as strategic and procedural initiatives, Nick combines coaching, planning, analysis and sound business experience to generate results for his clients.

Nick was Finance Director (CFO) of one of Britain's fastest-growing privately owned businesses (Definitive Group Ltd – IT Services) and Controller of the fastest growing company listed on the London (UK) Stock Exchange (Pelican Group plc – restaurants).  Nick has also been a windsurfing coach and professional yachtsman and is an accomplished public speaker.

Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree from Imperial College, London University, is a chartered accountant, a business owner and an entrepreneur in his own right.

Nick's approach is to treat each business individually. “Every business has its own individual challenges. There is no 'one-size-fits-all' solution for helping entrepreneurs attain their goals."
